2 month old Mild face rash?

My 2 month old daughter has this little pinkish red rash on her cheeks a little down her neck, any experience this and can recommend products to help it go away?

Hi. My daughters rash turned out to be eczema. She has it on her face and a little on her ear. Not sure if this is the beginning of eczema for your daughter but I recently tried eucerin eczema for baby and it helps

Looks like baby acne, very common. My baby had that from about 2 months to maybe 3.5 months? Can't remember exactly. If that's what it is, it'll go away on its own eventually. In the meantime, gentle face lotion is helpful to keep the skin soft. I've heard breastmilk is great too if you're breastfeeding, I formula fed so I can't speak to that. Don't wash with soap too often, because drying out the skin too much can actually make it produce more oil and make the problem worse. I used the Mustela facial cleanser every other day or so, it's very gentle. In between, just wipe gently with a wet cloth.

It's just milk rash nothing to worry about it goes away on its own or you could do a milkie bath
