umbilical hernia and pregnant
I just found out I have an umbilical hernia. It's pretty small right now but Dr. Said to be careful bending/lifting. If it gets too big I will have to have surgery. Was wondering if anyone else has one? Dr. Said it won't affect my baby or labor but I'm still super nervous. I have a 14 month old and I am almost 23 weeks! Thanks:)
