My son will be 11 weeks on Saturday and has slept in a rock n play at night next to our bed since he was able 2 weeks old. I'm a FTM and didn't think of it until now but I had my son rocking constantly in it throughout the night and had him rocking for naps too 😕 (stupid me) this week I started trying to get him in his bassinet and I don't think it's hard for him to lie flat vs needed to be rocked. It's been so difficult, his sleeping is all screwed up now he's so tired. Went from taking several naps a day to now just one long one (2 hours if i sit by him and give him a paci before he fully wakes) and wont sleep tbrough the night of course...i bought a wedge and have it in between my husband & I, and he'll wake up often...almost in a startled state 😢

I swaddle, he takes a pacifier, use white noise, etc. I know it's a huge change for him and it'll take awhile but I just feel horrible. I should of thought of this in the beginning...I just want the best for my son.
