Red spots on belly?

Anybody know why I might have red spots all over my tummy ??

I had a spot like that on my boob in early pregnancy and it ended up being the beginning stage of stretch marks.

I broke out in red dots/hives around week 4 of my pregnancy. They popped up over a week period mostly on my stomach, but I had one on my back and one on my thigh. They never itched. My doctor wasn't concerned about them! They disappeared a week or so later.

My sister kept these with her last pregnancy dr wasn't concerned said it was a pregnancy rash she said they was itchy and would burn if she scratched told her to use cool cloths and lotion to keep them moist hers was on her hands and legs
