TMI BM post

I've had bad water diarrhea for about 2 weeks now and even the slightest pushing causes me to have contractions that hurt so bad I cry. I know it's relatively normal to have diarrhea in third trimester but I'm concerned about the contractions and constant of it. I'm 28 weeks baby number 2
