I birthed my daughter 4 months ago, I had an episiotomy for a 4th degree tear. I did not go to the 6 week check up because of some major life changes and I forgot to reschedule. They ended up calling me and telling me I'm good to go.

Anywho, ever since I've given birth I've had foul smelling discharge. I keep myself very clean and the stitches healed nicely as far as I can tell. What could this be and what should I do? At first I thought it would just go away after a while but its been 4 months and it only goes away when I'm on my period and comes right back, honestly I'm so tired of constantly changing my underwear.
