Worst week yet

Tuesday night my 8 yr started violently throwing up and getting diarrhea. I sat it out thinking she just needed time until she passed out. Took her to hospital. Got discharged at midnight took her home and I got about 4 hrs of sleep before I had to wake up 5 yr old for school I was exhausted all day between picking up medicine n ginger ale and soup and laundry and Lysol house and scrubbing car she vomited in. Fast forward to today my 5 yr old is now vomiting all over my house and has diarrhea, I feel so bad for them. N I'm also so worried that whatever they have I'm going to catch it and I'm 21 weeks pregnant and some change. Ugh this is my problem with kids they r a breeding ground for germs. I just want my kids to feel better and some sleep. I swear between tonsillitis and ear aches and strep and bronchitis and now virus making them vomit and have diarrhea I feel they r always sick with something.
