Help please 😊

First of all I will be taking a pregnancy test soon but I just want to know if it's actually possible to be pregnant again yet.

I had a miscarriage on the 11th of January and stopped bleeding on the 17th and started having unprotected sex again on the 18th when my doctor said I was all good. I haven't gotten my period yet and my doctor said it's possible for me to get pregnant before I'm meant to get my period again.

All my pregnancy symptoms had gone away until the last couple of days.

Is it possible I'm pregnant again or would it be too early?
