Are leggings/yoga pants bad to wear?

I heard they weren't because they can be tight around your vaginia and trap in moisture. Personally I love wearing them all the time and I always have underwear on ( people say you shouldn't so you can "air it out" but personally that freaks me out. Opinions? Thoughts? Thanks

All of that is really true but doesnt mean you shouldnt wear them i just wouldnt wear them often

I've been wearing super skinny jeans and yoga pants since I was in middle school, and now I'm 23. Never had a problem. Not even one yeast infection.

No I wear them when I'm on period with a v neck shirt with a messy bun. Cause I'm bloated to wear jeans

Some ladies have more problems than others. I have to moderate how often I wear them because I have a history of yeast infections, but yes, air that lovely thang out. Don't wear fleece to bed, cotton undies when you can, or just chill out around home in no underwear if you wanna wear tight clothing outside the house :)
