gaining weight
I know it's normal from time to time to make unhealthy eating choices but I've been excessively eating lately. I've notice that I've been eating when I'm bored, or even when I'm not hungry. After I eat I just think about what to snack on afterwards & I feel guilty after I eat so much. I hate it, I feel extremely insecure and it comes to the point where I cry of how uncomfortable I am. I want to stop over eating but I can't, it just makes me want to eat more..I've gained 20lb in the past 6 months .. anyone have any tips on how to lose weight or how to control myself or stop my excessive eating?? ;/
