Ovarian Cysts?

So I woke up yesterday morning with the most awful shooting pain in my pelvis. After laying still, bawling my eyes out and loading up on Ibuprofren it seemed to have subsided a bit. I finally went to the ER around 9pm expecting them to say it was my IUD (Paragard) that I've had in for a year and a half. I came to find out after ultrasounds that I have cysts on both of my ovaries. The assured me that this is common, but it's natural for me to be concerned. Don't know if this info helps, but I'm 24 and have a 3 year old. Any input ladies??
