From how many weeks is is safe to start inducing labour?

We all know that most induction remedies are old wives tales, so when is it safe to actually start them?

Sex is the most common but I have Sex every day anyway??

I bought a birth ball from 30 weeks and use it when I've got back ache but people use them to induce labour?

These 'remedies' to induce are what I've been doing for a while if not my whole pregnancy 😂

When is it safe to start doing them all religiously?

Why try to induce labor in the first place? Baby will get things rolling when it's time to come out. 
I was 1 cm from 37 weeks till 41 weeks. At 41 weeks went from 1 cm to 6 cm in less than an hour. My daughter was born via vaginal delivery within 3.5 hrs of contractions starting..

38-40 weeks, but even then your due date is just a guess. Best to wait until baby is ready to come.

Baby will come when they are ready. Their little lungs in the meantime are producing surfactant so they'll better be able to expand and function properly.

Sex won't work until your cervix softens and is ready for birth. Haven't heard of the ball working, I know it's used for hip pains. Friend started the red raspberry pills at wk 38 and it didn't start labor but made the birth really quick
