BF ex

Yesterday I hung out with my boyfriend & some how his ex got brought up. He said that he has cut her out of his life ever since we started talking & yesterday as he opened his IG next to me & he clicked on the search bar & a suggested list popped up & his ex was first & I know for a fact that it only happens if you search them constantly & I was second. I've been having an uneasy feeling about it because he constantly brings her up . I don't know what to do or say.
