Ways to naturally thicken uterine lining?

I went for my CD12 today after my first round of Clomid and my doctor said my lining was "miserable"- a 4.2. She said she usually likes to see at least an 8. MY next ultrasound will be the 10th, one week. She upped my Clomid to 100mg but didn't tell me if there was a way to help my lining. Anyone know of anything I could do to help? Any words of advice are appreciated. Thanks. 💕
