Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. It could easily be something you ate. It's best to not think too far into it and just wait for testing day. Don't get your hopes up, but don't lose hope either. Try to stay neutral.

There's some super weird very early preggo signs from flaguence to knees aching to "feeling like you have a cold". Even wanting to avoid showers or even brushing your teeth. Also hit flashes or feeling as if your freezing cold. Even cold sweats.
