hungry but can't eat full meal

I am currently waiting till Thursday to get my pregnancy test done by bloodwork. I am 4days past a fresh transfer <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. I get hungry get food take a few bites and feel full bloated and just no desire to eat anymore. Could this possibly be a early sign of a bfp? Praying for our rainbow baby 🌈
