custody question
Anyone works for the court house or is a lawyer??
I was supposed to get my kid today and the father didn't bring him, I've been trying to get a hold of them. It's and no luck, i finally got a text saying he won't be being my son back and to wait for a call (didn't say from who)
I get a call and is a person from "legal solutions" I asked I'd he was my son's fathers lawyer or if he was calling from the court, he said he was calling gr court but the court house is close its 9:00 pm already! He also mention that he was trying to get a hold of a judge to expidate things (are judges on call after hours?)
Something doesn't see right!!
He also mention mediation on for tomorrow a Saturday is this possible??
I feel helpless I don't know what to do! Please someone advice me!!!
I'm 9 weeks pregnant and scared for this little one because this is causing me too much stress
