Could it be an ingrown hair? I've had it for about a month maybe longer. Bikini area

Definitely an ingrown hair. I had one that looked JUST LIKE THAT.  Popped that sucker...looong curled up hair came out, whole lot of puss and blood.  A day later,  it was all better

That looks like an ingrown hair! I had one (on my arm pit), that looked just like it. I mean, yeah you should try not to mess with it. BUT, it'll be gone faster when you do. Take some nail clippers, create a hole, shove the pus and blood out and get the hair out. Once the hair is gone, so will everything else it brought.

It could be a boil. Which is just a big very painful pimple. If it doesn't go away I suggest getting it checked out.

It's most likely an ingrown hair/pimple don't mess with it, let it heal on its own
