My mother-in-law wanted to buy a crib for me. There was a sale last week, I bought a crib for $264. I told her how much the crib cost and she sent me a check in the mail for $400. I called her and told her it was too much. She told me that's how much she wanted to give me and that I still need to buy the mattress for it. So what should I do? My husband and I are very financially stable and don't need the money. My husband says just keep it.
