vision and bp

For starters I'm 35 weeks..So I ended up in the hospital last night and was seeing if anyone else had this going on during pregnancy...

I started getting tunnel vision really bad, I could only see directly in front of me and everything else was insanely blurry and there was things all over my vision that looked like "worms of light" if that makes any sense. They got me hooked up and my blood pressure which is at my last appointment was 106/60 was now 136/70. My vision stayed really bad for about an hour an a half and then started to come back and my bp went down to 120/77. They tested for protein in my urine but all looked well and they sent me home. They did a check and I'm barely dilated, but I had some contractions while on the NST, and the nurse saw a strong one that lasted 4 minutes. 

I know its a lot but I'm just looking for some answers or advice. I'm not dehydrated whatsoever, either. No migraines.
