Femara, HSG and Trigger Shot

So this is my first cycle seeing a fertility doctor. I took Femara cycle day 3-7. I had an HSG on day 7 and then an ultrasound on day 14. I gave myself a trigger shot yesterday (day 18). I will go on Feb 13 for my progesterone blood work and if I haven't started before the 22nd I can take a hpt!!! Anyone else get a BFP using these methods? We're so excited and I feel like it could actually happen for real this time!!! 🤞🤞👶🏻
