Cant get this guy out of my mind ....🙃☁️

A week ago I went out with a guy I met 3 yrs ago in a plane ✈️  to CA. When we met it was like the movies we lock eyes so deeply like love at first sight. Anyways we exchange phone numbers and hang out during that time we both were  in CA. We did kissed and hooked up for the 5 days we where there. After we both left CA we kept in contact few times but we both went separate ways to ur belonging  states. The point of the story is that he texted recently to see me because now he knows we both lived in FL since like a yr or 2 I told him I moved to FL. However, last week we hang out and again hooked up. He told me he wanted to be my bf this time but I don't know if he was joking or not. He texted me 2days later asking me if I had enough time to think about it. I just responded changing the topic asking how he was doing because I was thinking he was playing with me. After 3 days thinking about him at all times, I texted him and he responded very quickly like he was waiting for my text all a long. I finished the conversation saying that I can't wait to see him. He didn't respond. He hasn't asked me out in date or anything. Any advice?
