Any special shampooos!??

Ladies i have noticed that my hair has been falling out every shower... is there any shampoos yall use to help not loose so much hair? Or whats the cause of it? Im tired of loosing hair!!

I recommend eating more protein. Wash your hair less often. Instead use dry shampoo (1/4 c cornstarch, 1 tbsp baking soda & if brunette 1-4 tbsp of cocoa - depending on how light/dark your hair is). Good luck!

Nioxin shampoo is sold at ultra or online from amazon. I know Walgreens has some other options. You could also ask your ob if they would ok biotin. It's in prenatal but some people need more.

Also when is all this emotional going to go away? Lol im 7 weeks an 3 days an have been such a huge baby for the past few days!! My eyes are swollen due to crying,crying,crying lol whyyyy!!!
