How often do you argue with your S.O?

How often do you argue with your S.O? What do you do to stop arguing? How do you make up for it?

We had to go to counseling to learn how to fight in a positive way.

We hardly ever argue, it's small things like "what do you want to eat" & I always say "I don't know" and it frustrates him 😂 we were best friends before we started dating so that probably helps.

We don't argue very often, but we're very good at talking everything through. We have a rule that we never go to sleep angry

every day.. but it's not like fighting arguing, if that makes sense? he just doesn't listen and I have to have a "talk" with him lol, but then we're fine. actual big arguments happen every once in awhile.

Would it be weird to say never? We've had little tiffs and I've gotten upset with him But never mad we try not to fight and try to avoid it at all cost since we both came from abusive relationships with talk it through and listen to what the other has to say and find a happy medium.

We never properly argued where we would shout I would make sarcastic remarks to my husband for basically always treating me like shit and he would end up hurting me, whether it was emotional or physical

We don't tend to argue but we bicker about dumb day to day stuff and we have found that if we give each other space for 10 mins in seperate rooms then meet in the middle both cuddle and apologise then it's forgotten about. Don't get me wrong it doesn't always go that way but we figure that saying sorry and not being stubborn is more important than hurting each other to win the argument

When we argue it's usually about small stupid things.  😂 we argue get it all out, it can get heated then we sit down and talk it out,  then usually about 30 minutes later we're fine lol

When we have a serious disagreement where neither of us is being reasonable we just walk away and calm down. Then talk about it later. I'll usually take a bath or listen to some music and write in my journal/notebook to get all my jumbled thoughts out and it gives me another perspective on the situation seeing it written down so I can better discuss it with him when I'm not all riled up in the moment. He will usually play a video game or go tinker with something in the garage until we are ready to talk.
