can you take exlax and fiber together?

I'm severely constipated and I need relief bad. Can you take these together? I just took my fiber gummies.  Don't judge the gummies they work just as good as adult ones 😂

Both work! And gummy supplements are awesome, I've taken them too.

Maybe consider adding a daily probiotic to your supplements. It helps with digestive health and regularity (and also keeps yeast infections under control, thought I'd add that tidbit too 😊)
