Period cramps, slightly early.
Hello, ladies! 🙂 So, last month, I started having cramps about 7 days before my period. They were very light, and never lasted longer than 10 minutes. I have never had this concern before. I always got really moody the day before, alarming me that I was about to start my cycle.
Well, I am supposed to start my period on Wednesday, 3 days from now, and I have been having light cramps for approximately 3 days now.
I was wondering, has anybody randomly started having cramps 3 to 7 days before their period? And is this a normal effect of my period coming soon? Like I stated, I have never had cramps before my period, only the day I start. Any advice or similar experience would be so helpful. Thank you in advance.
