How many weeks are you? You might actually have HG 
I'm having a single baby but I've gone from vomiting 10-20 times a day to now only once a day at 28w. It started to slow down at about 16-18weeks
Hopefully it will naturally slow for you too with time. 
I tried everything natural, nothing helped me but sleep and food. 
If it's really bad there are things you can take, I refused to take anything and just pushed through though I don't trust meds.
