Can you ovulate from both ovaries within 2-3 days of each other?

Long story made short, I got a positive ovulation test on Thursday evening around 5pm, Friday I was having the pulling and cramping in my left ovary area..Saturday was experiencing pinching and pulling in right ovary area..took another ovulation test an got the same 2 dark lines..just curious about twins..they run in my family..fraternal not identical 😃

If your mother is a fraternal twin then you have a 50/50 chance of having twins with each pregnancy. That's the only genetic link!
