While on my period I only use pads because that's what I'm most comfortable with using , I've never been able to insert a tampon and haven't attempted using anything else. But that's beside the point , After about 4 days of being on my period I get an annoying rash I assume from the pad and I don't know if anyone else goes through this as well and if so what are some things I can do to prevent this rash or just make it feel a little better ?
