Natural labour help!!

I am 32 weeks right now... Too much exhausted with my second pregnancy... Dont want to go all the way to 40 weeks... Can any one help me for safe natural labour or shall i say early labour.. Having my ultrasound this week sp dont know whether i am dilated or not... Even my first delivery was throu induced labour... So dont really feel, know or experienced like what is natural labour or even Braxton hicks.... Please help..
