I have just turned 12 weeks pregnant and can feel weird movements in my tummy. Is it too soon to feel the baby moving?

Could be gas? Im about 12 weeks and i felt weird movements in my belly and doctor said its most likely gas. Baby is too small to feel it yet.

Is this your first baby? If it is, then it's strange to feel movement so soon. I started feeling flutters at 15 weeks. Most women don't feel anything until after 20 weeks. Depends on the position of your placenta. Maybe you're bloated and feel gas. But if it does feel different to you, like a new feeling/sensation - then it must be your little one :)
