confused 🙁

My baby is 2 months she'll be 3 months on the 15th , she's been crying & screaming a lot lately for about the past 2 days. Some people said she might be teething cause she is drooling a lot but I looked at her teeth & it doesn't really look like any are trying to come In . I took her temperature yesterday under her arm & it was 99.7 & I took it again today rectally & it said 99.7 also which I was told was fine rectally. Idk if I should worry about her temperature or not since it's the same number for both😕 or if I should go get her checked out anyway ?
