pregnant or B.C. pills?

So on this Thursday past I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. He pre-cums with foreplay. I can touch him and feel it. We always have sex multiple times. But we do shower in the middle. Little did I pay attention to my eve app because it was the highest fertility day for me. On top of that two days later ovulation was prime. I am such an idiot... that same Thursday I went to the doctor to get B.c. The script was ready on Friday. I took the dose that Friday night. So my question is. Am I pregnant or is my B.C. Kicking my butt hormonally? Today is Sunday so it's only been three days but since Friday I've been lacking an appetite and I've had long lasting nausea. Never actually threw up but when I do manage to eat. I feel extremely hungry and like I can throw it all up at any minute...  I know I have to wait to take a test but does anyone have any idea what the culprit can be? What's the chances we are pregnant? All help is appreciated very much so.
