Epidural? Still hurting 2 weeks pp...

Question

Anyone else have pain/soreness/stiffness where their epidural was given? I thought this would go away by 2 weeks pp!
I'm worried bc the woman had to stab me a dozen times according to my fiance, I couldn't really feel anything bc she had to numb me 3 times. It took over 30 minutes for her to find the right spot and she left a line about 1.5" long of injection marks on my back that are now healed over. My daughter decided to come the day of my chiropractor appt so I know I was out of alignment bc it had been a little over a month and with holidays and traveling in between.. she kept calling my back "cattywumpus" even though she said I was being very still and kept my back curved toward her. I was in too much pain trying to breathe through contractions that I couldn't find the words to tell her about the chiro. I just wanted the damn drugs at that point!  
Anyway now I'm somewhat dreading the chiro in fear that the epidural could have caused some permanent damage. Of course I plan on bringing this up before he works on my back but I'm full of anxiety over all of this. This is exactly why I was trying to avoid the epidural, in fear of possible permanent damage to my already "cattywumpus" back..
Can anyone share their experience recovering from the epidural? Is this normal? 🙁

I'm 6 months postpartum and my back still gets sore or stiff if I stand or sit in one position too long. Not trying to scare you, but they should have warned you that this could happen. My hospital even made me watch a video.

Yes. I was stabbed a few times and I still get pains 5 weeks PP. Not as bad thk

I'm almost 23 weeks post partum and I still can't bend over or lay on my back. I had my first epidural that didn't work readjusted three times before they gave me a second epidural between my rib cage. They were so deep that two nurses couldn't get them out. And neither of them worked. Absolutely regret getting it.

I've had 3 kids, had 2 epidurals and my 3rd turned into a spinal  (c section) and yes from that one (probably from transferring me to the table) I had a knot and also numbness on half my foot for months. You definitely could have gotten a knot especially if there was difficulty getting it in or they moved you too much with it in you.  I went to a skilled massage therapist and she worked on it, pain was gone and my foot numbness was gone and i was back to normal.  I also had a lot of general aches and pains pp and the massage greatly helped, just go to someone who is good at deep tissue and therapy not just relaxing massage type. The chiropractor can likely help too but I've never tried it.

I am two weeks post partum today and my back is still very puffy where I got my two epidurals at! And it's very bruised also. I'm just glad the dang spinal headache is gone, worst pain EVER!

I got poked three times with the third being successful. The nurses stressed to me that if I had pain swelling or even a headache I had to inform them. Tho they did seem to stress it only while I was a patient didn't mention it after day two pp
