Struggle is real

Hey all I have been trying TTC for 8 years but just started seeking more help within the last couple years did clomid for three cycles I responded with large follicles but was on such a high dose that my doctor switched me to femera 5 mg and got the same affect I did two iuis with no luck I stopped taking anything for a couple months and I am now starting to take femera again this cycle I'm not doing IUI this time but will the next just giving my body time with this before iui. My husband sperm count is good the doctor said it was odd that he had a better sperm count with only waiting 24 hours between testing rather then the 72 hours they usually say so I'm glad we figured that early on for IUI time . My question is do any of u have trouble and was ur weight an issue and I have a tilted cervix is there Nything I can do to up my chances with this thanks

I can relate to your story. I have been off birth control since my early twenties. My husband and I have always wanted kids. I am over weight and have pcos. I have been tracking my cycle on glow for about two years and I am turning thirty on Valentine's day. This is our second round of 50 clomid. Currently awaiting a positive or a period! We will never give up our dream of being parents! Stay positive! Believe in miracles!

Hi. I am also struggling with getting pregnant again. I am 34, 160 5'3, I have hypothyroidism, PCOS, Endometriosis and a tilted uterus. I did however have a healthy baby boy 3+ years ago. I had always been told by my OB that I would have a very hard time gettting pregnant so my husband and I continued to try for months while we started learning about the adoption process. 4 years ago on Valentine's Day I found out I was pregnant but 4 years ago I was 145lbs. So I do feel that weight and insulin resistance plays a major role in getting pregnant. I am working on losing weight. GOOD LUCK

This sounds identical to what I am going through.  We had been on 50mg clomid for 4 rounds through my obgyn.  I finally sought out fertility help and was diagnosed with unexplained infertility.  They couldn't find anything wrong with me or my hubby...so they started me on 100mg of clomid.  The clomid seemed to work wonderfully producing anywhere from 3 to 5 follicles each time we did it.  Still nothing. They finally moved us to trying gonal f shots and I also responded very well to that also.  Still no pregnancy😔.  FINALLY....on one of my ultrasounds they noticed what looked like it could be a cyst or pollup. She confirmed it with a hysterosonogram.  I had a pollup.  So had to have surgery to remove it.  Turns out they found 6 total.  More than likely this is at least some of our issue.  I am currently waiting on AF  to shoe up so we can start the IUI process again.  I don't know if you can request that test but it maybe an issue for you too??? Good luck to you and tons of baby dust to you!
