Should drunk driving be LEGAL?
The only reasons I have heard is that they believe that it is a victimless crime unless someone gets hurt, so if no one is hurt then they shouldn't be charged and go to jail for anything. But they said that if someone is harmed or killed, then they should suffer the consequences that they do now. That's it.
