questions about TTC

Hello I'm 34 TTC #3 I had 2 kids from a previous marriage got remarried and now TTC. I got my period January 22nd ended January 26th had sexual intercourse with my spouse every day he ejaculated 5 out of the 7 days that I was ovulating. I started taking Prenatal Vitamins Monday January 23rd. I have been feeling bloated some cramps breast are sometimes hurting. I did take a pregnancy test today but it said No. should I keep testing. I feel like I am and I'm so confused can someone help me with this situation thanks
