Low ovarian reserve

Hi all,

I am 35, ttc for 10 months. No fertility problems that I know of. I just had my first ultrasound though, and now I am worried. The tech said I had 5 follicles on each side. From what I've read that seems quite low. Also i think she said that my left ovary was posterior. I don't know what that means. I don't have my follow up with the doctor to discuss the results for one month, so I'm trying to figure out what it might mean in advance. Has anyone had similar results?
