discharge meaning?

So I stopped birth control about 5 weeks ago, I was only on that specific one for 3 months. I stopped because we are starting to try for a baby, so I'm wondering.. the last week or so I've had tons of discharge (milky white) and it's consistent. I'm wondering if it's possibly from ending the pills or a sign of having conceived? My first missed period would have been around 4-6 days ago...Any thoughts? Thanks guys!
