uterus massage anyone?

Has anyone tried fertility massage? I was told by a midwife who massage my uterus that "my uterus was low" and that I should take progesterone to help strengthen my uterus and help me become more fertile. Any advice?

Answer

I do get the massage but I have a dislocated uterus. The idea behind fertility massage is to provide the optimum conditions for the uterus so that the implantation can occur. All the blood + nerve systems that are supporting uterus are worked during each session. When it comes to the progesterone question, yes there are natural progesterone creams which can be applied on the abdomen to help the levels go up, but the dosage should be monitored.
