kinda lost

So last Monday I started bleeding at 7 weeks and some days I went to the hospital and that took my blood and gave me a external ultrasound and internal ultrasound no heart beat and there was a sack  but did not see anything in it but I stopped bleeding not even 2 hours after I left the hospital and haven't bleed since the made me come in 48 hours later for more blood work and when I was in the er my levels were 6610 and the day I went back the dropped 6051 so they said I was miscarrying  but haven't started bleeding passing anything since last Monday what could that mean and they did say my cervix were closed....
