Advice???

So I started dating this guy about 9 months ago(we were both 17). For some stupid reason I'm not entirely clear on, his parents made us break up 3 months in to our relationship. Literally made him block me on social media and everything. Since then, we've found ways to keep it going in secret but I'm getting really sick of hardly being able to see and talk to him, I want to actually do stuff together!! He recently asked his mom (who still thinks we broke up 6 months ago) if we could see/talk to each other again and she's literally taking "time" to think it over...
