i just got dumped

Im really upset because I thought that we were gonna get married and we talked about it a lot and settling down and having kids and i just I can't even believe that he really did thos. He just kept saying that he was too busy and that i was too busy and we needed to focus on school. We've been arguing a lot lately but we always talked it out. Even yesterday he said that we would just have to try harder and that he loved me. I love him so mucg i dont know what to do. He was the only person that k talked to. Ihe was my inly friend and now he left me. Im jst like this shit feels like a nightmare amd im just idk. Like i just really love him and i cant believe that i lost him.
