depression & birth control

I just had my skyla IUD put in recently and I've been feeling like severely depressed since about a week or so after I got it... is this a normal side effect? If so does it wear off after time ?.. idk what to do all I do is sleep and I don't wanna leave bed or go to school or work or anything anymore.
