can i take laxatives while on the pill?

Tmi- but i have been having issues while pooping, i poop just about every 2 days and when i do it hurts like hell and theres blood whien i wipe, i dont know if i have hemriods i think i just have tears from the stools being hard. Can i take laxatives while on the pill? If so what kind. If not, does anyone have any alternatives to help me??

As long as its not within the 2 hours it takes for the pill to fully absorb your fine- if this is a regular problem maybe see a doctor as you dont want to take laxatives regularly

I've taken Dulcolax while on the pill and it didn't interfere. Dulcolax is doctor recommended as well.
