How do I temp??

Okay I'm getting on the ban wagon of temping. Can anyone tell me how to do this 🤗

Take your temp first thing in the morning, before getting out of bed, basically before really moving around. Take it at roughly the same time each day. Remember that your bbt will only show what day you ovulated, so use it in conjunction with opks. I charged twice and got pregnant both times. First month ended in a miscarriage, and the month of the miscarriage I didn't temp, and started again in December and I'm now 6w2d PG. Good luck

Also, I highly suggest getting fetility friend for charting. It's much better than. Glow.
