clear blue OPK
Just got clear blue OPK and used it for first time today, CD10, normally have 27-29 day cycles.
Two questions:
1) it says use FMU... how much does this matter?
2) it says it "establishes a baseline level of hormones" looks for rises in estrogen as well as LH surge. Does this mean you will always get a "low" the first time, because it is comparing your hormone levels over time? I'm not that familiar with how the test used the hormone data :(
