Do prenatals help get you pregnant? My doctor reccomrnded taking them while ttc

They don't help you conceive. It's recommended to take them before trying and when you are trying so your body gets all the nutrients it needs to prepare for a baby 😊

No they don't. The folic acid is suppose to help the nervous system that develops first when you don't even know you're pregnant. I started taking them a month before I got married and continued until I got pregnant last month. So I took like 6 months of useless prenatal vitamins. On the bright side it made my hair grow and get shiny.

I’ve been taking ovulation tests to see exactly when I ovulate for the past 6 months and never got a clear positive until this last month when I started taking prenatals! Either it’s a miracle or they really have helped me!!
