MS and pregnancy

I'm ttc and I take avonex for my MS. I figured I'd stop taking it when I got pregnant, but now I'm worried I should've stopped a while ago. The doctors don't seem to have any answers about the time frame. I took my shot on Wednesday and was ovulating on Friday and had sex friday, Saturday, Sunday. I will not be taking the shot tomorrow. Any knowledge on the timing? Is it a problem that I took my shot a couple days before ttc? (In case I am pregnant already) Thanks!
