We need to move.

I currently live with my fiance. I've lived with him for over a year now in the house he has shared with his previous wives. His last one destroyed the house by starting projects (and not doing them right) and then giving up on them. The house is such a disorganized, ugly mess. She had horrible taste. He has such bad memories here too.

We have talked for months about finding a small home in the country with some land, as I have horses and have always had to board. We also love gardening and would like to be more self sufficient.

It just seems like it's going to take forever and a lot of money we don't have to get this house anywhere near real Estate ready. I'm talking every single room has to be repainted. Cabinets have to be painted. The master bedroom is so cramped. We have to get rid of a lot of furniture and replace a lot just to make things more accommodating. I know if I looked at this house right now I'd lowball an offer because of how much works need done.

Ugh. Just an evening rant to throw out there.
